A scripted curriculum still needs a man who can sit in silence, absorb hostility, and keep fifteen men honest for sixteen weeks. Certification teaches the material and the posture.

- Running orientation and setting group agreements that hold
- Session-by-session walkthrough of all 16 workshop guides
- Handling disclosure, conflict and disclosure limits in the room
- Knowing where the curriculum ends and clinical referral begins
