Written for the man doing the work. This consumable companion contains participant exercises, homework assignments, reflection pages and participant handouts for 16 facilitated meetings (Orientation + 15 Workshops). It is separate from the facilitator’s session scripts, teaching instructions and process notes.

Individuals can request a workbook without an organizational license. Organizations can request one copy per participant in cohort quantities. Purchasing a workbook does not authorize facilitation, copying for distribution or delivery of the M2M curriculum.

The facilitator session guide
The separate professional guide contains the orientation script, fifteen workshop guides, agendas, discussion prompts, teaching instructions, process notes and guidance for using participant materials. These proprietary delivery materials are not part of the public workbook.
Access to the guide is through an organizational site license, not a standalone public book purchase. Facilitators must also meet the program’s completion and certification requirements; buying either publication does not confer facilitator certification.
